This week’s “Reclaiming Radical Mindfulness + Meditation” session will involve a gentle movement meditation that will allow you to continue to develop a sense of what makes you comfortable in your own body through the imagination of what is meaningful and safe to you and the exploration of movement. Join trauma-informed mindfulness practitioner cris rodriguez for this third session, brought to you as an installment of Small Format’s Queer Resistance summer programming series.
