Reclaiming Radical Mindfulness + Meditation: Week 4

An important part of mindfulness, developing awareness gives us the ability to sit with ourselves and to sit with each other. It opens with us opening to recognizing all of the relationships we have. It is a way of not only bringing light to any darkness within us but also giving us the chance to sit with our full selves as individuals that can’t fully experience themselves without inviting in everything else. Join trauma-informed mindfulness practitioner cris rodriguez for the fourth session of the “Reclaiming Radical Mindfulness + Meditation” series, brought to you as an installment of Small Format’s Queer Resistance summer programming series.
