Compassion is essential for developing the ability to sit with any thoughts or emotions that arise while practicing mindfulness. Join trauma-informed mindfulness practitioner cris rodriguez to cultivate love, compassion, and kindness in this second session of the “Reclaiming Radical Mindfulness + Meditation” series, brought to you as an installment of Small Format’s Queer Resistance summer programming series.
